Richard brings 12 years of experience working in the charity fundraising sector. As a specialist in fundraising he had worked at major UK based INGOs such as British Red Cross and ActionAid UK. Richard is currently the Regional Fundraising Manager for the International Secretariat of Amnesty International supporting the US and European markets in developing and delivering their fundraising and growth strategies.
Kate brings over 13 years of experience working in the advertising industry. Most of her career has been spent at Omnicom the worlds 2nd largest advertising group where she has worked with a number of brands to develop their communications strategy most notably PepsiCo. Kate is currently the MD Operations for Annalect, a data, technology and analytics company within Omnicom which help brands navigate and take advantage of new opportunities to drive business growth.

Nigel was at Carphone Warehouse Group until its merger with Dixons Retail in 2014. He had joined the company in 1997, having qualified with Arthur Andersen, and held a number of senior finance roles within the group before becoming CFO in 2010. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at TalkTalk Telecom PLC, and a trustee for a number of other charities, including Ensemble Pour La Difference and the David Ross Education Trust.
Giles became involved with Renaissance Foundation via a Business in The Community mentoring programme, and has a focus on the charities partnerships and development. He has over 20 years experience in financial consulting, working with some of the world’s most successful investment managers, banks and hedge funds.
Jamie is a qualified lawyer with over fifteen years' experience advising clients in private practice and in-house. His experience includes advising leading financial services and technology companies on a broad range of commercial issues and is currently the Director of Legal, Risk & Governance and Company Secretary at NOW: Pensions.
Gurmail is a co-founder of the Renaissance Foundation. He has overseen many of its innovative ideas, notably around using digital media as a core focus of the educational programme of the charity.
Gurmail Graduated from University college London in Ancient History and Social Anthropology and has worked within Healthcare & corporate communications at the Guardian and at the Health Service Journal, He is currently participating in the Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership programme.
