On this week’s podcast, our young people caught up with Naomi Jane of ‘A Life Less Ordinary Wanted’ to discuss wellbeing in Quarantine. Naomi had a lot of wisdom to share with our young people, from ‘box breathing’ exercises to help ease anxiety, to advice on supporting a loved one through grief. We all left the session feeling a little less stressed and more prepared to handle the current situation. A massive thank you to Naomi for sharing so much wisdom and time with us, we can’t wait to have you back on! We are very proud to announce that our young people have been busy producing and launching the new RF podcast! Our young people hope that the podcast will entertain, educate and boost listener’s morale.

Our first episode kicked off with a very exciting guest, four time Pulitzer Prize Finalist and New York Times Foreign Coresspondent Rukmini Callimachi. Rukmini talked about everything from her motivations to sexism in the workplace and her time reporting on IS in Mosul. We loved talking to Rukmini and hearing about her experiences and we’re sure you will find it just as fascinating.
